I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with training in integrative and holistic health, and I’ve spent years working within conventional healthcare—treating symptoms, managing conditions, and helping people navigate complex medical systems.
Through this work, I came to a clear realization:
Most people are not broken.
They are living inside unconscious beliefs and stories about who they are—stories that quietly shape their stress responses, behaviors, and relationship with their bodies.
Over time, those stories become barriers to health.
I’ve seen that even when people do “everything right”—the diets, the supplements, the treatments—something can still feel off. Energy doesn’t return. Vitality feels distant. The body doesn’t respond the way it should.
What’s often missing is not another intervention, but a shift in how a person relates to themselves.
When false views of self soften—beliefs rooted in fear, identity, or past experience—the nervous system settles. From that place, the body’s innate intelligence can reorganize naturally.
This is where real healing begins.
For a period of my life, I was living inside a subconscious story that I did not deserve the blessings of life after the loss of my son.
Outwardly, I was doing everything “right.” I ate well. I exercised. I used herbal and nutritional support. I understood the body clinically.
And yet, my body was moving in the opposite direction.
I developed signs of metabolic imbalance—metabolic syndrome, elevated cholesterol, pre-diabetes, and chronic pancreatic inflammation. It felt as though my body was turning against itself.
What I came to see was that my body was not broken.
It was responding faithfully to a belief I was not aware I was carrying.
When that unconscious story began to dissolve—when I no longer related to myself through guilt, unworthiness, or self-punishment—my relationship with my body changed.
I stepped into the unknown with trust rather than control. I stopped fighting my body and began listening to it.
Over the following months, my physiology shifted. My energy returned. My lab markers normalized. More importantly, I felt alive again—light, present, and connected to life.
This experience became the foundation of New Body in a New Mind™.
I don’t believe the body needs to be forced into healing.
I believe it responds naturally when internal resistance softens.
I am here to inspire others to trust the vital wisdom within their own bodies—and to live from that place with clarity, vitality, and purpose.
To My Beloved Son,
Thank You for the Gift
of Unconditional Love and Thriving Life
